Significant Amount of Counterfeit Branded Underwear Were Destroyed Following Customs Detention

In July 2020, Customs Department of Revenue Service detained more than 11,300 pieces of counterfeit men’s underwear designated with trademarks of one of the widely known international producers of clothing and accessories. The goods were being imported from Turkey. An agreement on destruction of counterfeit goods was signed between the right holder and the importer after which counterfeit goods were destroyed on August 07, 2020.
