On March 09-13 our partner George Taktakishvili participated in Commercial Law Development Program’s (CLDP) and REACT’s joint workshop being held in Dushanbe and Tashkent. This workshop was designed to brought together customs officials and IP right holders on brand protection and identification of genuine and counterfeit goods and to share methodology on distinguishing genuine goods from counterfeit and information relevant to targeting of suspect shipments. We are delighted that George also had an opportunity to make presentation and share with participants best practices of Georgian Customs Service and courts.
