On September 08-14 our partner George Taktakishvili participated in Commercial Law Development Program’s (CLDP) and REACT’s joint workshop being held in Almaty and Bishkek.

This workshop was designed to build capacity of customs officers and other relevant stakeholders on brand protection and identification of genuine and counterfeit goods of specific brands and to share methodology on distinguishing genuine goods from counterfeit and information relevant to targeting of suspect shipments. We are delighted that George also had an opportunity to make presentation and share with participants best practices of Georgian Customs Service, courts and law enforcement agencies.
