On July 24, 2023 the 7th international conference Georgia Against Counterfeiting and Piracy, commenced in the coastal city of Batumi, Georgia. This significant event is jointly organized by the National Intellectual Property Center of Georgia Sakpatenti and the Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP) of the U.S. Department of Commerce.
The conference has drawn a diverse audience, with over a hundred delegates in attendance. Among them are representatives from various public and private Georgian entities, as well as distinguished delegates from esteemed organizations such as WIPO, EUIPO, EUROPOL, USPTO, and the Anti-Counterfeiting Network REACT. Throughout the conference, guests will deliver presentations on crucial topics concerning enforcement of intellectual property rights.
